Biography
Dr. Muhammad Saleem is Founder Member and Chairman, Multi Emerging Solutions ( Pvt.) Ltd. Dr Saleem has over 35 years of top- level Executive Management and consulting experience in Telecom, Public and Private Sector business and Government organizations. His experience includes serving as Member, Competition Commission of Pakistan ( CCP ), Director General for Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ( PTA ) and HR Advisor with Telecom Regulatory Authority , Sultanate of Oman.
Dr. Saleem has developed recruitment policies and conduced more than 500 interviews for the hiring of top level Executives and other staff in Oman as well as locally. He had worked as Senior Member of the Working Group constituted by the Prime Minister of Pakistan for financial inclusion ( converting traditional banking system into digitalization) in coordination with all relevant stake holders including Ministry of Finance, State Bank of Pakistan, Commercial Banks, NADRA and Cellular Mobile Operators. His job also involved frequent collaboration with State Bank of Pakistan and International organizations such as World Bank, ITU, WTO, CGAP, GSMA and Gates Foundation. Dr. Saleem has published seven articles in national and international journals
